I am here to help you connect to your Inner Knowing

I grew up hearing my mother say the only thing certain in life is death and taxes. She was wrong. The most certain thing is change; and the only thing that never changes is your innate self…the gift that is you. The problem we all must understand, in order to advance ourselves, began long ago, when our positive, inner voice was squelched by the fear, shame, and guilt, impressed upon a younger version of our self, possibly pre-verbal, when the only known language was at the feeling level. Every interpretation you made back then, was the result of your mind doing its job, protecting you.
Today, you no longer need to respond to the world through the
interpretations and beliefs you made when you were too young, or inexperienced, to know life. Now, as the amazing adult you are, you can understand how and why you have believed certain things, and you can also understand how those beliefs no longer serve you. In fact, they no longer apply to your life, as they stand in the way of you moving forward. The fact is, you made your beliefs, and you can change your beliefs.
